RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
SPACEGROUND.FITS
Overview
All SPACEGROUND.FITS pieces are part of exclusive, limited drops and are produced on a pre-order basis. Because of this, we maintain a strict but fair returns policy.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item is damaged or defective upon arrival
- Incorrect item was sent (wrong size or design)
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delays caused by courier services
- Pre-order waiting times

Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee exchanges due to limited stock availability.
If an exchange is possible, it will depend on stock remaining from the drop.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed only for damaged or incorrect items
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 working days after approval

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

1. Are your items ready to ship?
No. All items are made through a pre-order system to maintain exclusivity and reduce waste.
2. How long will my order take?
- Production: 10–15 working days
- Shipping via PAXI: 3–7 working days
Total: Approximately 2–3 weeks
3. How does delivery work?
We use PAXI via PEP Stores.
Your parcel will be delivered to your nearest PEP store for collection.
4. What do I need to receive my order?
- Valid phone number (for SMS notification)
- ID + SMS when collecting your parcel
5. Can I change my order after payment?
Changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Only for faulty or incorrect items. We do not offer refunds for sizing issues or change of mind.
7. What if my parcel is delayed?
Delays can happen with courier services. We will assist where possible, but we are not responsible for courier delays.
8. Do you restock items?
Most drops are limited edition and may not be restocked.
