Order Processing Time
All items are made through a pre-order system. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and prepared.

Please allow up to 10–15 working days for production and dispatch. We aim to complete orders as quickly as possible, but quality takes priority.

Shipping Method
We ship all orders via PAXI (PEP Stores courier service).

Your order will be delivered to your nearest PEP store for collection.

Customer Information Required
To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide:

• Full Name & Surname
• Valid South African Phone Number
• Full Address (used to determine nearest PEP store)

⚠️ Orders may be delayed if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.

Delivery Time (After Dispatch)
Once your order has been shipped:

• Delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.

You will receive an SMS notification from PAXI when your parcel is ready for collection.

Collection Process

• Bring your ID and SMS confirmation to collect your parcel at the selected PEP store.
• Parcels not collected within the allowed time may be returned.

Important Notes

• All orders are pre-orders, meaning production begins after purchase.
• No same-day or next-day delivery is available.
• Delays may occur during high-demand drops.
